About Me
After being unexpectedly let go from my first two jobs out of college with no money and NYC rent to pay, I realized I needed to rethink my approach to the job search—and to life. Leaning on my innate strengths like empathy, curiosity, and connection, I took a leap into pursuing sales, a field I had zero prior experience in.
I learned the craft from the ground up, selling myself in interviews and landing a role at a tech startup where I closed the company’s largest deal in history during my first year. Over the next seven years, I mastered complex sales cycles and built relationships with some of the world’s largest companies.
Each time I transitioned roles throughout my career, I was drawn back to the job search journey. It was through these transitions—crafting my story, building meaningful connections, and negotiating offers—that I discovered a passion for the process itself. What began as a necessity became a calling: helping others navigate their own career transitions with clarity, confidence, and purpose.
Now, as a Certified Career Services Provider (CCSP), I’ve developed a job-search system that combines proven sales techniques, personalized approaches, and AI to help professionals align their careers with their authentic selves.
With nearly a decade of success closing multimillion-dollar deals in my sales roles and navigating multiple career transitions, I’ve discovered that the same principles that lead to great sales people also drive exceptional job search results.
The same strategies I used to build relationships, present my value, and negotiate high-stakes deals enabled me to secure multiple six-figure job offers and negotiate over $200,000 in salary increases early in my career.
Now, I’m here to teach you those proven strategies to navigate your job search with clarity and focus—helping you land offers 2x faster than traditional methods.
Here’s how sales frameworks can make your job search clearer, smoother, and more strategic.
The Job Search Journey is Sales
Become a Product Expert → Knowing Yourself (the Product)
In sales, the best sellers understand their product inside and out—it’s strengths, value-add, and how they stand out from the competition.
In your job search, you are the product. The more you understand your skills, passions, and career goals, the easier it will be to target the right roles and employers. This clarity ensures you’re applying to jobs that align with who you really are, making your search more efficient and targeted.
Target the Right Companies → Identify Your Dream Jobs and Employers
In sales, the most successful salespeople don’t waste time with every potential customer. Instead, they identify companies that need their product.
In your job search, this means focusing on companies that align with your strengths, values and applicable experience.
Prospecting → Networking
In sales, successful outreach isn’t about sending hundreds of cold emails and hoping for the best. It’s about reaching out to the right people with the right message.
In your job search, this means strategically connecting with hiring managers, recruiters, and other decision-makers at target companies. We’ll work together to craft messages that showcase your value, turning these connections into informational interviews and job offers.
The Product Pitch → Sell Yourself in Interviews
In sales, once you earn a meeting with a prospective client, you pitch your product by aligning its benefits with their needs.
When you pitch yourself to a company, you need to show how your skills and experience can solve their problems. The better you align your value with their needs, the higher your chances of landing a quality offer.
Deal Negotiation → Job Offer Negotiation
In sales, closing a deal often involves negotiating the terms to ensure both parties win. In your job search, negotiating your offer is key. Whether it’s salary, benefits, or start date, you’ll learn how to confidently negotiate to ensure you’re getting the best offer possible.
